We know that a lot of businesses in our industry have a lot of processes that take a lot of time. And when you don’t have a lot of time left in your weeks and months, it doesn’t leave you with the capacity to focus on growing your business.
So, one of the first things you can do to really grow your business is to identify how to improve your processes. So, less time is spent doing things like admin and things like that. So, with that in mind, I wanted to ask the question, what is your business takes up a huge amount of time? Is it managing payments and invoicing customers? Is it a certificate? Is it communicating with customers?
